How does it work?
For a custom-designed stamp:
Once you set the order and payment, we will reach out to you via email to discuss the idea for the stamp. When the sketch is ready, it will be sent over for your approval and notes, followed by production, packing, and shipping.
For a catalog design:
Once you set the order and payment, the design of your choice will be personalized with your name, followed by production, packing, and shipping. Please consider the size or the composition of the design might change due to length of the name. if needed we will contact you for consultation.
How long does it take?
For a Custom design stamp, we aspire for a maximum of 4-6 weeks from the time the order is set until the delivery lands on your doorstep. Although, it’s important to consider time frames can change due to the complexity of a design, amount of projects, shipping, production and unplanned causes. That’s why, if you plan on gifting a custom stamp for a loved one it’s better to set the order as early as possible!
For a catalog design, the process is much shorter, and usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time the order is set till delivery.
What is the stamp made of?
The engraving is made from high-quality photo-polymer rubber, and the handles are from beech wood, engraved with a 100-year-old machine!
Is the “Ex Libris” headline can be written a different way?
Of course, the stamp doesn’t have to include the term Ex libris (although it’s the classic way) it can also be written as from the books of/from the library of / this book belongs to / any other suggestion or just your name.

How to take care of my stamp?
We highly recommend to clean the rubber after each use, with dry tissue or cloth (wet one can harm the wood) just press it few times into the tissue/cloth till there’s no ink anymore.
It’s best to storage it in a cool dark area (with time, direct sunlight can change its color).
The stamp will last for many years if you'll take good care of it :)
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship most parts of the world. But, because we are Haifa based, unfortunately, in some countries we cannot ship.

Returns and refunds
Because our product is custom-made and personalized, especially for you, we do not accept returns unless the stamp arrived broken or damaged. In that case, we will send over a new one – free of charge.
